The Restoration at Grayson Manor heads to On Demand

The Restoration at Grayson Manor, directed by Glenn McQuaid and starring Chris Colfer and Alice Krige, arrives on demand November 6.

The Restoration at Grayson Manor will be available on demand November 6, according to Bloody Disgusting and Dread Central.[1][2] The film stars Chris Colfer as Boyd Grayson, an heir whose mother, played by Alice Krige, uses experimental prosthetic hands to rebuild him after an accident leaves him without hands.[1][2]

Glenn McQuaid directed the film and co-wrote its script with Clay McLeod Chapman.[1][2] Daniel Adegboyega, Declan Reynolds and Gabriela Garcia Vargas are also among the cast.[1][2] Bloody Disgusting reports that the movie was filmed at Stradbally Hall in County Laois, Ireland.[1]

The story follows Boyd and his mother as the prosthetic hands bring his subconscious impulses into play, according to the reports.[1][2] Bloody Disgusting describes the film as combining Gothic horror, dark comedy and melodrama, while Dread Central reports that Matthew Jackson praised it in a review for Dread from Fantastic Fest 2025.[1][2]
