Robert Schwartzman’s supernatural thriller Portrait has completed production, with Finn Wittrock and Supriya Ganesh in the lead roles.[1][2][3] The cast also includes Whitmer Thomas, Este Haim and Andrew Divoff.[1][2][3]
Wittrock plays Mark, who moves with his pregnant wife Leah, played by Ganesh, to a farmhouse, where an antique portrait is followed by supernatural events and buried secrets.[1][2][3] Zac Stanford wrote the screenplay from a story developed with Schwartzman.[1][2]
Upgrade is handling international sales and bringing the film to the American Film Market, according to Dread Central.[2] ComingSoon.net reports that Upgrade Productions and After Hours are presenting the film to domestic and international buyers at the market.[1] No release date has been announced.[3]
