Deranged Minds Entertainment has announced a feature-length documentary about actress and filmmaker Danielle Harris, the first to chronicle her life and career. The film is in post-production, and its filmmakers plan a festival run in 2027.[1][2]
Filmed over three years, the documentary uses archival footage, private home video and interviews with Harris, her family, friends and colleagues. It follows her from home to sets in Los Angeles and fan conventions around the country.[1][2]
The film will cover Harris’s career and personal experiences, including her father’s death in an unsolved car accident, a two-decade stalking ordeal and a pregnancy complication that stopped her heart.[1][2] Harris made her feature debut as Jamie Lloyd in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988), followed by Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989).[1][2]
